RETURN POLICY

All reports of damaged, defective, or incorrect goods are subject to inspection by our Quality Control department.  We reserve the right to require the item(s) to be shipped back to our facility for assessment.​

We cannot accept garments for exchange due to the customization with your team/department logo(s).  We have a 90-day from delivery date return policy for factory defects and design errors, we will repair/replace the garment if it falls within the 90-day timeline.  If any garments are missing from your order it must be reported within 5 business days from receipt of the shipment.  Any missing garments reported after 60-days will not be eligible for replacement and new item(s) will need to be ordered.

Damage to items (holes, snags, etc…) must be reported immediately upon receipt, before the item is worn/laundered.
