Mini stores usually ship 3 weeks after they close.
Email us immediately if you need to make a change, once the team store is closed it is too late! Thanks for your understanding.
3 weeks after the mini store closes to contact the store coordinator/chief for a tracking number on the entire store.
We cannot add to a closed store, if you are looking to place an order individually we require a minmum of 6 per garment/color/and design to do so – please only contact your sales rep if you have 6 alike items that you are ready to order if your store has closed.
We do not offer returns/exchanges on customized/personalized garments.
Please make sure you received a confirmation email with your total, and your credit card has been charged. If so, and it is past the expected ship date, please contact the store coordinator/chief to make sure they do not have your items.
You should be emailed a confirmation receipt right after you submit your order and payment, that receipt will have your item, size, personalization, etc...
If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.
Online stores require credit card as form of payment, you must pay at checkout for your order to go through.
Shipping is FREE with our mini stores! Simply add items to your cart and proceed to checkout. Your order is shipped to the store coordinator/chief individually bagged with all of your items in one bag. Please allow 3 weeks before store items ship.
Unless the item says “ladies” or “youth” on the image you click on to order that item, every item is adult unisex/mens sizes.
If the size is not available to select, that size is out of stock and unable to be ordered.
